Phase I: Introduction

Introductory Call

We want to get to know you on a personal level, build trust, and talk about your short-term and long-term career goals. The purpose is to get a high-level understanding of your background and what you are looking for. We will tell you about our company and what opportunities we have to offer. As experts in the industry, we can be used as a valuable resource for providing market updates, industry trends, and other relevant data.

In-Depth Conversation

We want to learn your strengths and what you are passionate about. If things match up to something we are currently working on, we will proceed with a more detailed conversation to determine which opportunities would be a good fit for you. What are your must-haves? What are your nice-to-haves? If not, we will keep in touch in case anything changes.

Phase II: Reviewing

Resume Review

We will go over your resume together and use our expertise as career consultants to suggest any changes to tailor it to each opportunity you are interested in. Before sending your information and resume to our client, we will make sure that we have agreed upon salary and other terms of employment.

Client Presentation

We work with some of the most important Talent Acquisition organizations in the country. After discussing your potential options, we will present you to the client(s) and schedule interviews. 80% of our submitted candidates get interviewed, and we always make sure that you are prepared and ready.

Phase III: Interveiwing

Interview Preparation

Before your interview, we always set up a call to provide you with key information about the client and go over your success stories. We also will prepare you in advance with interview questions they might ask and what to expect in the process.

Interview De-Briefing

After your interview, we will check in to see how it went and go over the next steps. The client will touch base with us with any feedback they might have. Also, you may have feedback for us regarding how the interview went. We stay true to our value of being completely transparent to both sides.

Phase IV: Offer

Weighing Options

We always assume candidates are also interviewing outside of us. Transparency comes into play again because we want to make sure that you take the best opportunity for your career goals, even if it is not through us. Our #1 priority is for you to be happy at your new job.
