I am originally from New Jersey and planted roots in the DMV after graduating from George Mason University. I started my career in Fine Jewelry Retail and transitioned to Staffing & Recruiting in 2007. When I’m not talking to clients and candidates, I spend my time teaching fitness classes over Zoom including Zumba, Barre, HIIT and Strength. I am a lifelong student who enjoys reading sci-fi and fantasy and business/self-improvement books. My new obsession is Sound Therapy with tuning forks and sound bowls. Even my cats Tupac and Biggie enjoy a good sound bath.
