The Talent Acquisition Leadership Council (TALC) was founded in 2007 and is a grassroots organization dedicated exclusively to corporate talent acquisition professionals. There are more than 150 members in TALC, representing more than 50 of the largest talent acquisition organizations in the world. Members of our organization meet once a quarter to share best practices and discuss industry challenges. Attending our events is by invitation only and requires that all members be responsible for leading or managing a team within a corporate talent acquisition organization. Our meetings do not include HR Generalists, Staffing Industry professionals, or vendors. Currently, we do not charge any costs or sponsorship fees, and we have no plans to generate revenue.
